Ericksonian hypnosis, founded by the visionary Milton H. Erickson, offers a unique experience where an altered state of consciousness becomes the gateway to your inner world. Through metaphors, subtle suggestions, and a respectful approach, we will harness the potential of your mind together to create lasting change.

Each session is carefully tailored to your specific needs. We begin this journey with an open conversation, exploring your aspirations and laying a solid foundation for the work ahead.

Ericksonian hypnosis can be used to address various issues and enhance a person's well-being. Here are some themes and areas for sessions:

  • Stress and anxiety management

  • Improvement of self-esteem and self-confidence

  • Management of phobias, fears, and anxieties

  • Performance enhancement

  • Pain management

  • Sleep disorders

  • Self-exploration

  • Emotional regulation

  • Grief support

  • Release of harmful habits
