The number of sessions may vary, depending on your goal or the challenges you wish to address. A session lasts 1 hour and is structured around the following three main phases:
Explore your situation/challenges
Exercises and use of coaching tools
Setting up an action plan for your goal
“Dare to turn your dreams into goals"
Please note: Coaching is not a therapy and there is no treatment. It is not a substitute for doctors or psychologists. There is no advice in coaching, because you have the resources and solutions within you. You are the main actor in your life and your change.
Coaching sessions are conducted in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics.
